3 Bedroom House in Cala Panizo, Cuevas Del Almanzora

Casa Bella Mar is on the waterfront. A self-catering beach front villa, being front-line walk out of the garden directly onto the beach. Beautifully furnished by the owner. Master bedroom with balcony overlooking the sea, lie in bed, hear the sea and watch the spectacular sun rise. Sitting/dinning room with double French doors overlooks the back garden and fantastic sea views. Breakfast in the garden is a must. Master double bedroom with luxury ensuite bath, shower with sea views, twin room and double room overlooking swimming pool, double with balcony and spiral staircase leading up to the large roof sun terrace with all day sun and spectacular 360 degree views overlooking the sea and mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, oven, combination oven and dish washer and overlooks the swimming pool.
Built just a while ago everything is in pristine condition. Fantastic location for a quiet, romantic, relaxing beach holiday in the sun, with the sea on the doorstep. Great garden and large patio area for BBQs.
NEW TV system installed February 2018 with a choice from hundreds of channels in many different languages, including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV.
The waters and rock pools at the end of the garden are crystal clear and provide excellent snorkeling and fishing areas. There are many beautiful sandy beaches near to El Calon which are well worth exploring.
Golf and Snow skiing: There are four 18 hole golf courses within an easy drive, Dessert Springs which is the only dessert championship course within Europe, used for winter training, an absolutely stunning course, the fabulous Val del Este, the stunning course at Aguilon and Marina Golf overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
The fabulous sunny ski resort of Sierra Nevada is approximately a 2 1/4 hour drive away.
Shopping, market and site seeing trips can be arranged. Also shopping can be ordered and delivered to the house.
The house has a Burglar Alarm system fitted.

Summary: Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more! So glad we came, we highly recommend! The house is equipped with everything you need, we didn‘t have to go out and buy any basics at all. There are supermarkets close by, the towns nearby are fun to discover, or you can just lounge by the pool or ocean. The rooms are quaint, the beds comfortable, there’s an air conditioner in every room, the bathrooms are modern and everything is clean. Dogs are welcome, ours loved looking at the ocean from the balcony. The view is absolutly breathtaking, what luxury to wake up to the view and sound of the ocean every morning!

Summary: A clean & tidy property . The stairs are a bit steep with a turn on them , not easy for anyone disabled . A sweet location , though sadly you need to drive to a sandy beach

Summary: Beautiful location with sea views and access to the beach. Very comfortable house , well equiped kitchen and a variety of outside seatimg , with BBQ. Probably due to the time of year ( mid Jan - mid Feb), wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We appreciated the outside space which has been nicely planted to provide a green garden area to relax in.

Summary: Everything exactly as described. View is stunning. House is not a classical rental but you find everything….more than the normal 6 plates in rental homes. You defintely need a car to go to the supermarket or a large sandy beach….but enjoying the quiet and familiar atmosphere of this small place is worth it. The only restoran is only 50 m down the beach walk…and also very familiar.

Summary: Jill and Ray were very accommodating and helpful and we really enjoyed our week in their house on the beach. The house was very comfortable and equipped with everything we could have needed. The icing on the cake was the fabulous position, right on the beach with a small bar just a few steps away! It is ideally placed for visiting the towns in the area - our favourite was Aguilas, with San Juan de los Terreros coming a close second. There were just the two of us but the house would be perfect for a family. Thoroughly recommended.

Summary: I booked the villa based on the stunning pictures on the internet and I was not disappointed.I booked it on behalf of my fanily and so felt some responsibilty for it going well. This was helped greatly by Jill the owner who was so easy to communicate with and very helpful indeed. The villa is a gem with all home comforts and very clean. The sea location is amazing and always quiet and peaceful. We spent many hours in the garden and if you have anyone who is not keen on the heat they can sit there in the shade and always feel on holiday somewhere special. My favourite beach was a short car ride away, Costa Tranquilas beach which was just pure sand and great for kids to swim in but also quiet and beautiful with the added bonus of a cafe. This was my favourite place to swim. I would recommend you have a car to get to shops etc as there is not one close by. The local restaurant on the beach at El Calon served us very well on many nights. Fresh food, well cooked but not a big place so less choice. We took kayaks out from the pool house and that was great fun. A gentleman attends to the pool each morning and it was very clean. It is also on the cooler side of the house which is great when it is very hot. We did unfortunately need a doctor in an emergency for a cut hand and we found one at San Juan which was very good and they communicated well in English. All in all a lovely place to stay and I would certainly recommend it. Many happy memories created for my 50th birthday.
